For purposes of these SMS Terms, “Eleventh & Gather,” “the Company,” “we,” or “us” shall mean Eleventh & Gather LLC. and any of its subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliates.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you understand and agree that all text messages may be sent using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply.
1. Opting into Transactional Text Messages
By providing us your phone number or otherwise signing up for our informational text messaging program(s), you consent to receive recurring transactional text messages from or on behalf of Eleventh & Gather sent or made by any means or technology, including without limitation automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial intelligence (“AI”), or other automated means for the selection and dialing of phone numbers to the phone number you provide us. The types of transactional text messages you may receive include but are not limited to order confirmations; multi-factor authentication messages; and appointment reminders/notifications, (collectively, Eleventh & Gather’s business operations are referred to herein as the “Services”). The frequency of these messages can vary depending on user interaction.
2. Opting into Marketing Text Messages
By opting into any Eleventh & Gather marketing text programs, you are providing your prior express written consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from or on behalf of Eleventh & Gather sent or made by any means or technology, including without limitation automatic telephone dialing systems, AI, or other automated means for the selection and dialing of phone numbers at the phone number you provide us. You also confirm that you understand and agree that the provision of your prior express written consent to receive marketing text messages from or on behalf of Eleventh & Gather is not required to purchase products from Eleventh & Gather or use Eleventh & Gather’s Services.
3. How to Opt Out and Get Help
To stop receiving text messages, you may reply STOP to the number sending the message. After replying STOP, you may receive an additional message confirming that your opt-out has been received or requesting information as to the scope of your opt-out. You may continue to receive text messages from or on behalf of Eleventh & Gather while Eleventh & Gather processes your opt-out.

4. Costs & Eligibility
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from or on behalf of Eleventh & Gather, and messages you send to us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
By opting into Eleventh & Gather’s text messaging program(s) or by otherwise providing your cell phone number to Eleventh & Gather, you represent and warrant to Eleventh & Gather that you are 18 years of age or older. You further represent and warrant to Eleventh & Gather that you are the current subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you have provided. You agree that you will not initiate messages to the mobile phone of any other person or entity without authorization and doing so constitutes a material breach of these SMS Terms and Eleventh & Gather’s Terms of Use.

AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central, IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please note we may not be able to deliver messages to all mobile carriers.
